My passion and work are close related to sport, nutrition and beauty.
I was born in Stockholm in 1965 into a sporty family. My dad was an elite athlete and my mom opened the first health fast food restaurants.
In 1981 I moved with my family to Marbella. I started working in a gym and this was when my dad decided to sign me up for a beauty contest, and I won…. And with that my interest for integral beauty began.
In 1998 I moved to Los Angeles, California where I worked as a fitness model and a trainer at World’s Gym in Venice. There I met the most admired sports people, trainers of the stars, and teams like the Lakers, actors and famous people of Hollywood….
Each one of them showed me the importance of discipline and consistency.
1998 I returned to Marbella. I felt-and feel- that I want to help people to be there best, to reach their maximum potential that we all have within.
As a nutritionist, personal trainer and sport model, I have been in contact since 1981 with the best professionals within the beauty industry: aesthetic doctors, plastic surgeons, beauticians, and dentists.
